When the house has to sell soon.
Seattle sells block by block. A 1910 bungalow in Ballard and a new townhouse by the Columbia City station draw different buyers, and that changes how quickly either one can sell. Start with the zip code. Then we’ll talk about the house.
Nine neighborhoods, listed by zip code. Each line opens a longer note on the housing there and what it means for a quick sale.

From any of these zip codes there are two quick ways to sell: a cash offer request or a fast-track listing. See them side by side

Fast is a fine reason to take less for a house. The point is to see both numbers on one page, then pick the lower one on purpose if speed is worth it to you.
